Ohayou! Clothing ships from the UK. If you are ordering from outside the UK, please understand that no tracking information is provided unless you choose the “Tracked International Shipping” option when checking out. Royal Mail does not provide tracking numbers for mail shipped using the “Standard International” option.
As I am in the UK, if you are order from outside the UK, orders can take anywhere from 5 working days to 8 weeks. Unfortunately I have no control over your mail and the customs duties in your country. While most orders arrive within 2 weeks, please be patient if it takes a little longer! In some cases, mail can be held up for up to eights weeks before it is delivered. If you are worried about your order, please select the “Tracked International Shipping” option when checking out.
Orders are processed within 3 working days unless otherwise stated. If you are ordering a pre-order item, please read the information on the item page before ordering.
UK orders are usually delivered within 3 working days. Feel free to email me if you are unsure!
Returns are accepted as long as the item has not been used or worn. Please email me before shipping an item back.
